We're aware of an issue affecting some of our Android users at the moment. While you'll be able to receive the email with the link to reset your password, you might not be able to enter a new password when opening the password reset webpage right on your smartphone.
If you find you can't type a new password in the online form, try opening the webpage on your iPod, tablet or another phone. You can also try opening the webpage on a computer.
