Why can't I register an account? (Android)

This is probably a connection issue; maybe you're seeing the message "Oops. This is taking longer than usual. Please try again."

To register an account, you need a good Wi-Fi or data connection.

Here are a couple things you can try:

  •  Toggle your connections off and on in your phone settings
  •  Force close the app and re-open it
  •  Move to a different Wi-Fi network like free Wi-Fi at a coffee shop or library
  •  Delete and reinstall the app
