If you've just registered your Kik account, or requested a new password, you should receive an email from us within a few minutes. If you can't see an email from us in your inbox, check your junk mail or spam folder in case it ends up in there.
There are a few reasons why you might not be receiving emails from us:
- You used a different email address for your Kik account
- The email address registered to your Kik account isn't valid (maybe there's a typo)
- Our emails to you are being blocked or filtered as spam - contact your email provider for help allowing emails from our 'email@example.com' email address
