Public Groups let you connect with new and existing friends to chat about things you love (up to 50 users at a time).
When you join a group, you’ll see all messages sent and received from the time you were added (but not the previous chat history). If you create a group, you’re the Owner of the group and are responsible for making sure it complies with Kik’s Community Standards, including the need to remove or ban members if necessary. To learn how to search for Public Groups, check out this FAQ.
You can also create or be invited to a private group. Private groups aren’t searchable in Kik. To join, you can create the group yourself, be invited, scan the group Kik Code, or tap on the group link.
